Hi, I’m Shanya — a qualified Nutritionist, certified Mat Pilates instructor, and mum of two who believes that health should feel easy, enjoyable, and deeply connected to your everyday life.
With a Post Graduate Degree in Nutrition and a Mat Pilates Certification, I bring both science and soul into everything I offer. My work blends practical wellness with real-life motherhood — helping other busy women feel better in their bodies and more at ease in their routines.
Wellness isn’t just my career — it’s how I live. I love moving my body with intention, nourishing myself with simple, delicious food, and enjoying slow beach walks with my family. For me, health is about more than green smoothies or workouts — it’s about energy, freedom, and connection. Whether it’s sharing a home-cooked meal with friends or doing a morning Pilates flow before the kids wake up, I believe the little things build a life you love.
Through my offerings, I aim to empower women (especially fellow mums) to reconnect with themselves, feel stronger, and nourish their bodies — not by doing more, but by making small shifts that feel good, are convenient and actually stick.
